TERMS
OF SERVICE
In
consideration of $197 we will send you the list of
information products that are listed on the homepage.
You and only you have royalty free rights to the products
to use for your own business. If you give them to
other coaches both you and the recipient will be in
breach of copyright and legal action will be taken.
Once
you order:
You
are hereby awarded an official license to resell all
of the material that you have downloaded from this
site
You are allowed to edit and sell the material at any
price of your choice as an electronic information
product and you are allowed to use the material in
manuals for your workshops and seminars.
You may sell the contents of the collection separately
or as a complete package.
You
MAY NOT authorize or give the products to other people
to sell.
You
MAY NOT use this product for any physical books that
you may sell or record the content and use them as
audio downloads or CD's
You MAY NOT market this product in any immoral or
unethical manner, including UCE - unsolicited commercial
email, also known as SPAM.
Any
violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking
of this license in which case all monies paid will
be forfeited.
Each individual's success will be determined by his
or her desire, dedication, background, effort and
motivation to work. There is no guarantee you will
duplicate the results stated here. You recognize any
business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital.
You
recognize and acknowledge that other purchasers will
be selling the same material as you and as such agree
that there can be no infringement of copyrights.
COMPLAINTS
We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five
working days - although usually response is much quicker.
If you are unhappy with any service provided by us
please contact us immediately either by phone or by
email. Your
satisfaction is very important to us so please let
us know if you have a problem.
CANCELLATION
AND REFUNDS
A
customer can ask for a full refund within 56 days
of ordering and a refund will be given in full. We
reserve the right not to give a refund if we feel
that an order was placed with the view of asking for
a refund from the outset.
INDEMNIFICATION
The
customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save
and hold Royalty Free Products harmless from any and
all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims,
including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against
us, its agents, its customers, officers and employees,
that may arise or result from any product or service
provided or performed or agreed to be performed or
any product sold by customer, its agents, employees
or assigns. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify
and hold harmless Royalty Free Products against liabilities
arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property
caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed
in connection with Royalty Free Products; (2) any
material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly
infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) copyright infringement
COPYRIGHTS
Once
ordered, you own the copyrights to the products. We
have done our best endeavours to ensure that all of
the content is copyright free and have not knowingly
used any content that are copyrighted from any other
source. By ordering you are agreeing to accept responisbility
for any copyright infringes made upon you. In the
unlikely event that we have used any content in error
that are copyrighted by another company you agree
to take the matter forward and pay any subscription
or fees including any legal costs associated with
using them. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify
and hold harmless Royalty Free Coaching Products against
liabilities arising out of any infringements regarding
the proprietary rights of a third party or any copyright
infringements.
DISCLAIMER
Whilst
every care is taken in the provision of our products
and services we cannot be responsible for any actions
that your clients or propspects have by using the
products. We reserve the right to revise its policies
at any time.
